The Swedish Table Tennis Association is organising the Seamaster 2017 ITTF World Tour Swedish Open, an ITTF World Tour Tournament in Stockholm, Sweden from 13/11-2017 to 19/11-2017.
We are pleased to invite Blue Badge or Blue Badge in Progress Umpires (IU) to officiate at this event. Associations are requested to nominate a maximum of 2 IUs.
Please submit your nominations to TTAM (email@example.com) and Mr. Lee Yock Chin (firstname.lastname@example.org) indicating names and IU numbers and status (BBP, BB) of the nominated umpires no later Wednesday, 20/9/2017. Please use the attached nomination form.
This is an open invitation and therefore not all nominated umpires may be accepted. Only nominations submitted by Associations by the deadline will be considered. The names of those IUs accepted will be sent to you by no later than 27-09-2017 Should your nominated umpire need a visa, please send us the relevant details when submitting your nomination (full name as in passport, date of birth, place of birth, passport number, date of expiry of passport). We will issue an invitation letter for your umpire. Please note that all costs associated with the visa application are for your or the umpire’s account. Please note that the consulate will issue visas in its sole discretion.
All invited umpires must organise their own transportation (air, car or train) to Stockholm as well as travel and medical insurance.
The Organiser offers free hospitality in a twin room sharing with another umpire from dinner on Sunday 12/11-2017 until breakfast on Monday 20/11-2017, as well as transportation from and to Arlanda Airport or Stockholm City train station.
Each umpire will receive a total amount of 200 Euro for the tournament.
Please note that the ITTF will conduct evaluations for Blue Badge umpires and candidates. Please ensure that the IUs bring with them the recommended ITTF IU uniform.
