Dear Umpires:
The International Table Tennis Federation, in cooperation with the Organising Committee of the 2020 World Team Qualification Event cordially invite National Associations to nominate a Blue Badge umpire for this prestigious event, which will take place in Gondomar, Portugal from Jan 22 to 26, 2020. Hospitality for this event includes:
a) All meals from the evening meal on the Jan 21st until breakfast on Jan 27th.
b) Local transportation will be provided from the Porto International Airport (IATA code - OPO); Porto Sao Bento Railway Station or Porto Campanha Railway Station.
c) The ITTF per diem will be $100USD for BB umpires and $30USD for other IU.
d) The Organiser offers free hospitality in a twin room sharing with another umpire.
Umpires need to arrive no later than Jan 21st, 2020 and attend the umpire briefing planned for the evening of the 21st.
Please submit your nomination to TTAM via email (ttammalaysia@gmail.com), copy to State TTA (State endorsement required), Mr. Lee Su Hau (a_lee438@yahoo.com) and Ms. Corrine Wong (corrinewcc@gmail.com) no later than 08/11/2019 (Friday) at 4.00 pm.
Since this is an open invitation, unfortunately many umpires nominated may not be selected. ITTF will confirm the selection no later than Nov 27th, 2019. All nominees will be contacted by e-mail with a response.
