The Korea Table Tennis Association is organising the 2018 ITTF World Tour Grand Finals in Incheon from 13 to 16 Dec, 2018. This is an open invitation and therefore not all nominated umpires may be accepted. Only nominations submitted by Associations by the deadline will be considered. Should your nominated umpire need a visa, please send us the relevant details when submitting your nomination.
Please note that all costs associated with the visa application are for your or the umpire’s account. Please note that the consulate will issue visas in its sole discretion. All invited umpires must organise their own transportation to Incheon as well as travel and medical insurance. The Organiser offers free hospitality in a twin room sharing with another umpire from lunch on 12th Dec until breakfast on 17th Dec, as well as transportation from and to Incheon International Airport. The daily pocket money will be paid to IU by ITTF regulations.
