Deadline : 30 January 2019, Wednesday
The French Association is organising the 2019 ITTF Premium Junior Circuit French Junior & Cadet Open in METZ from 10th to 14th April 2019.
We are pleased to invite 20 International Umpires (IU) to officiate at this event. Associations are requested to nominate a maximum of 3 IUs. Preference will be given to Blue Badge, Blue Badge in Progress and ARE candidates.
This is an open invitation and therefore not all nominated umpires may be accepted. Only nominations submitted by Associations by the deadline will be considered. The names of those IUs accepted will be sent to you by no later than 28th February 2019.
Should your nominated umpire need a visa, please send us the relevant details when submitting your nomination (full name as in passport, date of birth, place of birth, passport number, date of expiry of passport). We will issue an invitation letter for your umpire. Please note that all costs associated with the visa application are for your or the umpire’s account. Please note that the consulate will issue visas in its sole discretion.
All invited umpires must organise their own transportation (air, car or train) to Metz as well as travel and medical insurance. The Organiser offers free hospitality in a twin room sharing with another umpire from dinner on 9th April 2019 until breakfast on 15th April 2019, as well as transportation from and to Luxembourg Airport or Metz train station. Each umpire will receive € 22,00 per competition day.
