The Chinese Table Tennis Association (CTTA) will organize the 2019 China Junior Open in Taicang, China from 12th to 16th June, 2019.
We are pleased to invite International Umpire (IU) to officiate at this event. Please nominate an umpire from your association (BB, BBP, WB are welcome). Please submit your nominations to TTAM via email (ttammalaysia@gmail.com), copy to State TTA (State endorsement required), Mr. Lee Su Hau (a_lee438@yahoo.com) and Ms. Corrine Wong (corrinewcc@gmail.com) not later than 11th, March 2019 at 4.00 pm. Please use the attached nomination form.
This is an open invitation and therefore not all nominated umpires may be accepted. Only nominations submitted by Associations by the deadline will be considered. Names of IUs being accepted will be sent to you by 10th,April.
All invited umpires must organize their own transportation (air, car or train) to Shanghai Hongqiao or Pudong Airport (Hongqiao is near than Pudong) or Shanghai Hongqiao railway station as well as travel and medical insurance. The Organizer offers free hospitality in a double room sharing with another umpire from dinner on 11th,June until breakfast on 17th, June, as well as transportation from the airport/railway station to the hotel. Each umpire will receive at least US$30 per competition day or the equivalent in local currency.
Please note that the ITTF will conduct evaluations for Blue Badge umpires and candidates at this competition.
