Chinese Taipei Table Tennis Association, Chinese Taipei Paralympic Committee and Taichung Sports Federation for Individuals with Disabilities is organising the 2019 ITTF Asian PTT Championships in Taichung Chinese Taipei from 23rd to 27th July 2019.
We are pleased to invite 15 International Umpires (IU) to officiate at this event. Associations are requested to nominate a maximum of 2 IUs. Preference will be given to Blue Badge and Blue Badge in Progress umpires.

This is an open invitation and therefore not all nominated umpires may be accepted. Only nominations submitted by Associations by the deadline will be considered. The names of those IUs accepted will be sent to you by no later than 30th May 2019.
Should your nominated umpire need a visa, please send us the relevant details when submitting your nomination (full name as in passport, date of birth, place of birth, passport number, date of expiry of passport). We will issue an invitation letter for your umpire. Please note that all costs associated with the visa application are for your or the umpire’s account. Please note that the consulate will issue visas in its sole discretion.
All invited umpires must organise their own transportation (air, car or train) to Taichung as well as travel and medical insurance. The Organiser offers free hospitality in a twin room sharing with another umpire from dinner on 22nd July until breakfast on 28th July, as well as transportation from and to TAOYUAN International Airport (TPE) or TAICHUNG International Airport (RMQ). Each umpire will receive a per diem of US$30,00 per competition day.
Please ensure that the IUs bring with them the recommended ITTF IU uniform.
