2019 Hang Seng Hong Kong Junior & Cadet Open - ITTF Golden Series Junior Circuit will be held in Hong Kong from 7th to 11th August 2019.
You may nominate one International Umpire who has achieved Blue Badge or Blue Badge in Progress status and one International Umpire (White Badge) who has been an active International Umpire for at least two years.
All invited umpires must organise their own transportation to Hong Kong as well as travel and medical insurance. The Organiser offers free hospitality in a twin room sharing with another umpire from dinner on 6th August until breakfast on 12th August 2019, as well as transportation from and to Hong Kong Airport. A daily allowance of USD50 per person per competition day would also be provided.
We would be grateful if we could receive your nomination form on or before 26th April 2019 (Friday) at 4.00 pm to TTAM via email (ttammalaysia@gmail.com), copy to State TTA (State endorsement required), Mr. Lee Su Hau (a_lee438@yahoo.com) and Ms. Corrine Wong (corrinewcc@gmail.com). This is an open invitation and therefore not all nominated umpires may be accepted. Only nominations submitted by Associations / Federations will be considered. Nominations will be confirmed no later than 31st May 2019 (Friday).
