The Table Tennis Federation of India (TTFI) is organising the 21st Commonwealth Table Tennis Championships from 17th to 22nd July, 2019 at Odisha, India.
We are pleased to invite International Umpires (IU) to officiate at this event. Associations are requested to nominate a maximum of 2 IUs. Please submit your nominations to TTAM via email (ttammalaysia@gmail.com), copy to State TTA (State endorsement required), Mr. Lee Su Hau (a_lee438@yahoo.com) and Ms. Corrine Wong (corrinewcc@gmail.com) no later than 23rd May, 2019. Please use the attached nomination form.
This is an open invitation and therefore not all nominated umpires may be accepted. Only nominations submitted by Associations by the deadline will be considered. Preference will be given to BB/Female IUs. The names of those IUs accepted will be sent to you by not later than 2nd June, 2019.
All invited Umpires must organise their own transportation (air, car or train) to Bhuvaneshwar, Odisha as well as travel and medical insurance. The Organiser offers free hospitality in a twin room sharing with another umpire , lunch from 16th July until breakfast on 23rd July, as well as transportation from and to Bhuvaneshwar Airport. Each umpire will receive a per diem of US$30.00 per competition day or the equivalent in local currency.
Please note that the ITTF may conduct Evaluations for Blue Badge umpires and candidates, for which confirmation is awaited.
Please ensure that the IUs bring with them the recommended ITTF IU uniform.
