The Table Tennis Association of Thailand (TTAT) The Sports Association for the Disabled of Thailand Under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King (SPADT) and Thai Para Table Tennis Association are organising the Para Table Tennis Bangkok Open 2019 in Bangkok, THAILAND from 7th to 11th August 2019.
Please submit completed form to TTAM via email at ttammalaysia@gmail.com, copy to State TTA (State endorsement required), Mr. Lee Su Hau (a_lee438@yahoo.com) and Ms. Corrine Wong (corrinewcc@gmail.com). no later than 22nd June 2019 at 4.00 pm. Please use the attached nomination form. The names of those IUs accepted will be sent to you by no later than 5th July 2019.
Should your nominated umpire need a visa, please send us the relevant details when submitting your nomination (full name as in passport, date of birth, place of birth, passport number, date of expiry of passport). Please note that all costs associated with the visa application are for your or the umpire’s account. Please note that the consulate will issue visas in its sole discretion.
All invited umpires must organise their own transportation (air, car or train) to Bangkok as well as travel and medical insurance. The Organiser offers free hospitality in a twin room sharing with another umpire from dinner on 7th August 2019 until breakfast on 11th August 2019, as well as transportation from and to Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang International Air port. Each umpire will receive a per diem of 35 USD per competition day or the equivalent in local currency. Please ensure that the IUs bring with them the recommended ITTF IU uniform.
