The Japan Table Tennis Association (JTTA) invites International Umpires to of officiate at the forthcoming "ZEN NOH 2019 ITTF Team World Cup , Tokyo". This is an open invitation , therefore not all nominations may be accepted. Furthermore only nominations submitted through national associations will be considered.
Full Hospitality (accommodation, meals and local transport) will be provided from dinner on Tuesday 5th November to break fast on Monday 11th November. Each umpire will receive a daily allowance according to "Directives for Match Officials".
All invited umpires must organize their own transport to either "Narita International Airport (NRT) or "Haneda Airport International Terminal (HND) as well as travel and medical insurance. But as for the umpire who has been selected to umpire for the Final Day, the host will organize (arrange) and pay the lowest cost reasonable economy airfare.
Should the nominated umpire require a VISA, kindly send relevant details (Passport copy or Full name as in passport, Date of birth, Place of birth, Passport number, Passport expiry date). Then the letter of invitation will be provided. The issuance of the VISA is at the sole discretion of the relevant consulate or embassy. Please note that all costs associated with the VISA application are to be borne by the applicant.
The Referee for this event is Mr. WERNER Thury (AUT), and the Deputy Referee is Ms. GENEVIEVE Lentz (RSA) and Mr. SETA Yukito (JPN).
The closing date for nominations is Monday, 26th August 2019 @ 4.00 pm.
