Dear Umpires,
The International Table Tennis Federation, in cooperation with the Organising Committee of the 2019 World Tour Grand Finals cordially invite National Associations to nominate a Blue Badge umpire for this prestigious event, which will take place in Zhengzhou, China from Dec 12 to 15, 2019. Four Blue Badge umpires will be selected. Hospitality for this event includes:
a) All meals from the evening meal on the Dec 11th until breakfast on Dec 16th. b) Local transportation will be provided from the Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport (IATA code - CGO). c) The ITTF per diem will be $100USD and/or equivalent in local currency. d) The Organiser offers free hospitality in a twin room sharing with another umpire. e) The Organiser will reimburse the most economical airfare.
Umpires need to arrive no later than Dec 11, 2019 and attend the umpire briefing planned for the evening of the 11th.

The deadline for submission of nominations is on Thursday, 31 October 2019 at 4.00 pm. Late submissions will not be considered.
Since this is an open invitation, unfortunately many umpires nominated may not be selected. ITTF will confirm the selection no later than Nov 12, 2019. All nominees will be contacted by e-mail with a response.
