The Table Tennis Association of Thailand (TTAT) The Sports Association for the Disabled of Thailand Under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King (SPADT) and Thai Para Table Tennis Association are organising IWAS WORLD GAMES 2020 in Nakhon Ratchasima, THAILAND from 25th to 27th February 2020.
Please submit your nominations to the TTAM via email (ttammalaysia@gmail.com), copy to State TTA (State endorsement required), Mr. Lee Su Hau (a_lee438@yahoo.com) and Ms. Corrine Wong (corrinewcc@gmail.com) no later than Tuesday, 10 December 2019. Please use the attached nomination form. The names of those IUs accepted will be sent to you by no later than 5th January 2020.
Should a nominated umpire require a visa, kindly send relevant details when submitting the nomination (full name as in passport, date of birth, place of birth, passport number, expiry date of passport). A letter of invitation will be provided. Please note that the consulate will issue visas in its sole discretion.
All invited umpires must organise their own transportation (air, car or train) to Bangkok as well as travel and medical insurance. The Organiser offers free hospitality in a twin room sharing with another umpire from dinner on 25th February 2020 until breakfast on 28th February 2020, as well as transportation from and to Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang International Airport. Each umpire will receive a per diem of 35 USD per competition day or the equuivalent in local currency.
Please ensure that the IUs bring with them the recommended ITTF IU uniform.
