2020 Hang Seng Hong Kong Junior & Cadet Open - ITTF Golden Series Junior Circuit will be held in Hong Kong from 8th to 12th July 2020.
It is our pleasure to invite ten (10) active international umpires to officiate at the captioned event. Certified URC evaluations will conduct field of play evaluations on eligible umpires working at this event.
You may nominate one International Umpire who has achieved Blue Badge or Blue Badge in Progress status and one International Umpire (White Badge) who has been an active International Umpire for at least two years.
All invited umpires must organise their own transportation to Hong Kong as well as travel and medical insurance. The Organiser offers free hospitality in a twin room sharing with another umpire from dinner on 7th July until breakfast on 13th July 2020, as well as transportation from and to Hong Kong Airport. A daily allowance of USD50 per person per competition day would also be provided.
We would be grateful if we could receive your nomination form on or before 24 February 2020 (Monday) at 4.00 pm. This is an open invitation and therefore not all nominated umpires may be accepted. Only nominations submitted by Associations / Federations will be considered. Nominations will be confirmed no later than 20th March 2020 (Friday).
