Invitation for Umpires for the FISU World University Games 2027

Organiser of the FISU World University Games 2027 invites 14 International Umpires to officiate at the forthcoming World University Games in Chungcheong, Korea. Table Tennis will commence on 1st and concludes on 8th August 2027. It is an open invitation, therefore not all submissions may be accepted.

Only online nominations submitted by bona fide national associations will be considered. A national association is invited to nominate one umpire for the event. Preference will be given to Gold Badge, Blue Badge and Blue Badge in Progress Umpires. Preference will also be given to umpires from associations that took part in previous World University Games.

For this event, travel expenses, accommodation, meals and a per diem of EUR 50 per day from the date of arrival to the date of departure will be covered by FISU, while local transportation will be provided by the Organising Committee. Full hospitality will be provided in a single room from dinner on 30th July to breakfast on 9th August.

The Organiser will provide economy class air passage for all invited umpires to Incheon International Airport, as well as travel and medical insurance.

Evaluations for Umpires will not be conducted, although assessment of Gold Badge and Blue Badge Umpires may be conducted and subject to confirmation.
