ITTF National Referees’ Course 2025

Maximum NR Candidates: 12 pax  

Course Fee:

• New NR Candidate: RM 250

• Current NR (Refresher): RM 80

  (Participants are required to organise own transport & accommodation & dinner throughout the course)

In order to maintain “active” status, it is compulsory for all NRs to attend this refresher course. Moving forward, only active NRs will be prioritized for all national tournaments.

LANGUAGE

This course will be conducted in ENGLISH.

Requirements NR Candidate

1) Minimum age: 30 years old

2) Qualification: Registered active IU with at least 2 years of experience

3) Officiated as a referee or deputy/assistant referee in at least 2 competitions at district level or higher in the last 5years

4) Proficiency in English is required.

*For those without above requirements but as a qualified Blue Badge/Blue Badge in Progress

  umpire can apply and subject to TURC acceptance

*Seats are limited and not necessarily that all who meet the requirements will be selected

*The state association may nominate max 3 candidates which fulfilled the earlier mentioned criteria.

Registration shall be submitted by State Associations using the online form no later than 12 June 2025.

*Those candidates pass in the course, must give an assurance that they will offer their services to be a member of the referee team in at least one of the TTAM organized national championships at least once in 2 years for the next 6 years.
