Recruitment Notice: ITTF Racket Controller

Deadline for application submission: 2nd April 2024 (Tuesday) @ 2.00 pm


Commencing in 2025, ITTF Equipment will implement Racket Control facilitated by trained racket controllers. Our aim is to establish racket controllers in each continent. Training sessions for racket controllers are scheduled for October 2024, and prospective candidates must be prepared to participate in these training sessions.


Interested candidates are encouraged to notify TTAM, which is responsible for submitting applications to TTAM by 2nd April 2024 @ 2.00 pm. You are kindly requested to complete the past IU Overseas Assignment form.


Candidate Requirements:

- Must be a Qualified International Umpire for a minimum of 2 years.

- Demonstrated umpiring experience in at least 2 international events within the past two years.

- Proficiency in English.

- Familiarity with "ITTF Statutes" and Manuals for Racket Control, as well as Racket Coverings.

- Possesses a precise working style.

- Capable of working effectively in a team.

- Willingness to participate in at least 2 events annually.


Desirable Qualification:

- Previous training as a national or international referee would be advantageous.

- Advanced Rules Exam in the last three years would be advantageous
