Umpire Invitation for 25th Summer Deaflympics Tokyo 2025 Table Tennis

Dear Table Tennis Friends,

Japan Table Tennis Association (JTTA) officially invites National association to nominate up to two (2) International Umpires to officiate at 25^th Summer Deaflympics Tokyo 2025 Table Tennis. The total number of overseas umpires is limited, therefore not all nominations may be accepted.

Venue:     Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium

Address:   1-17-1, Sendagaya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 151-0051 Japan

Schedule:  17^th November 17:00-20:00 Umpire Briefing *Participation of all members

                   18^th – 21^st November Competition

                   23^rd – 24^th November Competition

Hospitality : - evening meal on 17^th Nov. until breakfast of 25^th Nov. 2025

  * lunch is only on working competition days

- free accommodation in a twin room

- free airfare *the OC will provide the air ticket

- transportation from and to Narita (NRT) or Haneda (HND) airport

- Daily allowance JPY 10,000 minus tax by cash *only working competition day
