Organiser of the FISU World University Games 2025 invites 16 International Umpires to officiate at the forthcoming World University Games in Rhine-Ruhr, Germany.
Table Tennis will commence on 17th and concludes on 24th July 2025
It is an open invitation, therefore not all submissions may be accepted.
Furthermore, only online nominations submitted by bona fide national associations will be considered; preference will be given to Gold Badge, Blue Badge and Blue Badge in Progress Umpires. Preference will also be given to umpires from associations that took part in previous World University Games. A National Association is requested to nominate a maximum of two nominees.
Full hospitality will be provided in a single room from dinner on 15th July to breakfast on 25th July.
The Organiser will provide economy class air passage or train for all invited umpires to Düsseldorf Airport or Essen Train Station, as well as travel and medical insurance.
Successful applicants who require a visa will subsequently be required to send relevant details (full name as in passport, date of birth, place of birth, passport number, expiry date of passport).
Performance Assessments of Gold Badge and Blue Badge Umpires may be conducted. Further information will be provided later on.
Each umpire will receive a daily allowance by LOC per competition day 50 Euro.
The closing date for nominations is 30th August 2024 @ 2.00 pm.
