The Local Organizer Committee (LOC) of WTT Xinxiang 2023 invites Gold Badge and Blue Badge International Umpires to officiate at the forthcoming WTT Champions Xinxiang 2023
The event will commence on 09th April 2023 and will conclude on 15th April 2023.
It is an open invitation, therefore not all submissions may be accepted.
ARE , AUT and Assessments will take place.

Only online nominations submitted by bona fide National Associations will be considered.
Full hospitality will be provided in double room for the Blue Badge umpires and single room for the Gold badge umpires from dinner on day before the event starts to breakfast on day after the duty ends
LOC will cover the cost of your return economy airfare inclusive of 1 piece of checked baggage up to 1000 USD
A copy of the receipt + ticket issued by the airline must be provided to LOC upon arrival.
Travel and medical insurance are recommended and are at your own cost.
In addition, all invited umpires are responsible for early arrival and late departure. Local transport will be provided from and to Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport.
In case a pre-departure Covid-19 test is needed prior departure from the host country, the cost will be covered by the LOC.
Should a nominated umpire require a visa, kindly send relevant details when submitting the nomination (full name as in passport, date of birth, place of birth, passport number, expiry date of passport) to TTAM. A letter of invitation will be provided. Please note that all costs associated with the visa application are the responsibility of LOC and the issuance of a visa is at the sole discretion of the relevant Consulate or Embassy.
Each foreign umpire will receive daily allowance by WTT, per competition day.
Gold Badge Umpires: 125 USD
Blue Badge Umpires: 105 USD
In case of day off the umpire shall receive 50% of the daily allowance
Foreign umpires will receive 50% of the daily allowance for the day prior the competition starting day.
The closing date for nominations is 14th March 2023 @ 2.00 pm. The list of umpires accepted will be advised on or before 17th March 2023.
